Single Leg vs Double Leg Framing
Most standard building are designed with a single leg framing system, which provides reliable strength for typical sizes and heights for everyday structures.
For buildings taller than 14 feet, a double leg system is required. This design uses two framing members joined together significantly increasing the strength and stability of your structure.
Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your
purchase and offer a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of the installation. We trust our materials, so in addition to the 90-day workmanship warranty, there's an additional 20-year warranty
against rust for the 12ga steel frame. This means that if your frame structure would ever rust through to the point of weakness, we will replace the damaged parts.

Once your order is placed and a down payment is collected, our team verifies customizations, pricing, and site prep needs. The scheduling department then sets up a delivery and installation window.
Your order is sent to our trusted manufacturer where paneling and frame are built and materials gathered. Our trusted subcontractor will deliver and install your metal building at your lot.
